Community Service Project - CSP
Purpose: To engage/interact student-athletes with their campus and community in order to help grow a more connected and supportive community.
Mission: To provide an opportunity to earn Champions Points by completing a community service project. An important part of athletics is giving back to the community that supports your team.
Guidelines: To promote MAXIMUM PARTICIPATION, a team must complete a community service project with a team sponsor/coach, take pictures and send to Amber Burson to upload to the War Zone website, have the sponsor/coach complete the form from the website detailing the project. The coach will turn in the completed form to Amber Burson. 75% of the team must be in attendance to earn all 40 Champions Points. Also, a second project may be done for and additional 20 Champions Points—if the same procedure is followed.
**Note: The CSP must be completed between August 1st and the last day of the designated school year.
